Why do we sleep?
Sleep is very important for people. When you have good sleep, you will have good health, but if you sleep more hours, it have disavantage for you because it will increase Calories and decrease Power. Althouhg we are not sure why we sleep, there is no doubt that we need to do it because this is the nature of people to complete their living. The pattern of sleep and wakefulness is closely associated with our habit and senses. Animals which depends upon sight for food, shelter or refuge and defence, like man are diunal. That meant they are for the most part active during the day and sleep at night. So, how many hours that people need to sleep? The amount of sleep needed by a person to remain in full health varies considerably with age, withdifferenbt individual. From studying, the sicientist show that: Pre school children need 10 to 12 hours to sleep, School children need 9 to 11 hours to sleep and adults need 7 to 9 hours per day.
